Loss-in-weight feeder (Twin Screw Model R) brings higher accuracy and stability, as it is designed to provide one-way feedback feeding control technology. It has improved the PLC signal acquisition, the speed, the response and the accuracy of feeder. It can be widely applied to chemicals, engineering plastics, cable, food, pharmaceutical, building materials, etc. Feed rates:15-4000L/h, and feed accuracy can reach ±0.5% depending on different screw and material. The feeder is mounted on a square scale, which uses a METTLER-TOLEDO load cell. The scale material is stainless steel. The scale housing is semi-enclosed to prevent the entry of materials. All material contact parts are stainless steel. Optimum feed screws are determined based on material characteristics of the bulk solid to be fed.
