Volumetric feeders offer a low cost and easy to use option for batch or continuous applications when the bulk density of the material being fed is consistent or when precise feed accuracy is not quality of the end product. There are single and twin screw volumetric feeders. Single screw volumetric feeder is designed to provide volumetric feeding program for a wide variety of materials including pellets, granules and free flowing powders. All material contact parts are stainless steel. The improved screw is easily installed and disassembled, and the root of the screw doesn’t allow material to pile up.
